I would like to give negative, but there is no option provided in your tool. Here's the list of issues
1. The dispatched order was having fault, hence had asked for replacement
2. Although the replacement request was accepted and the faulty product (T-Shirt) was taken back immediately, I never received replacement even after 3 weeks.
3. Since last 2 weeks, I am sending reminders, asking for status, there is no updates which is helping me (When will I get my replacement, what is the tracking ID)
4. I even chatted with your customer support, same situation. I have not received the replacement
5. Now you are asking for feedback, which you should have asked after the replacement product was delivered
