1. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

We process and dispatch all confirmed orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.


2. When will I receive my order?

Delivery time depends on your location:

Location Delivery Time
Metro Cities 2–5 business days
Non-Metro Areas 5–8 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors.


3. How do I track my order?

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link and courier details via email or SMS.
If you face any issues, you can email us at support@fanaacs.com.


4. Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?

Address modification is possible only before your order is shipped.
Once dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.

To request a change, contact us immediately at support@fanaacs.com.


5. What happens if my package is not delivered or is returned?

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Non-collection

We will contact you for re-shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the situation.


6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, cancellation is accepted only within 12 hours of placing the order.
To request cancellation, email us at support@fanaacs.com with:

  • Order details

  • Reason for cancellation

Orders attempted to cancel after 12 hours will be subject to approval at our discretion.


7. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, you can request a return or replacement by contacting us at support@fanaacs.com.

Return conditions:

  • You must notify us within 2 days of delivery.

  • Images or videos showing the defect clearly must be shared.

  • Image of the packaging and shipping label is required.

Once the product is picked up and verified, we will process a refund or replacement based on your preference.


8. What if I received a damaged or defective product?

We are here to help.
Share the following with our support team within 2 days of delivery:

  • Photos/videos of the defect (full view)

  • Photo of packaging with shipping label

We will arrange a pickup and replacement/refund after verification.


9. How will I receive my refund?

Refund timelines:

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 4–7 business days after processing.

  • COD orders: Refund will be sent via bank transfer or UPI after you share your account/UPI details.


10. Do you ship across India?

Yes! We offer pan-India shipping through trusted courier partners.
